Small groups, in person
Two groups of max 10 participants per course. Classes 1–2 days a week, with instructor consultations after sessions.
Courses in programming, AI tools and web development — plus guest talks, public panels and an open community.
IT Hub Bar is a place to learn, build and connect. A year-long education cycle brings seven hands-on courses in small groups, public events and learning materials available to everyone online.
Each course lasts two months and consists of 16 double sessions of 90 minutes. Classes run in two groups of at most 10 participants, once or twice a week — small, practical and with a mentor.

Participants work on their own laptops. Those who don't have one get a device from IT Hub Bar for the whole course — at least 10 computers with pre-installed software are provided. Not having equipment is no reason not to apply.
GitHub, VS Code, browser devtools and modern AI tools — the same tools professional teams use.
At least 75% attendance, practical assignments and a final project demonstrated in front of the group.
Lecture recordings, PDF handouts, code repositories and exercises — available after the course as well.
Each course is followed by three months of mentoring — at least two in-person meetups a month. On top of that, guest talks, themed evenings and open discussions connect participants with local creators and employers.
Seven courses per cycle — from the first lines of code to AI agents and automation. Every course is led by a practitioner, and the modules follow the real order of work on a project.
Goal: every participant builds their own website with HTML, CSS and JavaScript — assisted by AI coding tools.
Goal: participants master prompt engineering and build their own GPT assistant or agent.
Goal: participants learn to build and independently manage websites with CMS systems — from installation to hosting.
Goal: advanced JavaScript and AI tools for professional work — for participants who already know the basics.
Goal: automating business processes with AI coding tools — from process mapping to a finished dashboard.
Goal: run a small business's digital presence independently and create content with AI tools — from the profile to measuring results.
Goal: turn spreadsheets and paperwork into fast, repeatable reports — with AI as an assistant, not a replacement.
Alongside the classes, IT Hub Bar organises public events — all are open, announced on social media, and the recordings are published on the YouTube channel.
Ten events during the cycle, in the format: intro, talk, panel with Q&A and takeaways.
Larger public panels on topics that touch everyone — from parents to managers.
HUBBAR isn't starting from zero. This has already happened — with the people who took part and the partners who made it possible.

IT Hub Bar was a partner of Montenegro Future Festival — the country's largest gaming, esports and tech festival — and Ivan Joličić, HUBBAR co-founder, organised day one. We opened it with a panel around a single question: can Bar become a place where people build and work globally?
Knowledge from the Hub doesn't stay within four walls. Course materials and event recordings are published openly, so anyone who isn't in the room can follow the program too.
At least 10 recordings of Hub events, plus all recordings of the panels at the European House — public and free.
PDF handouts, code from the sessions and exercises are published alongside the recordings, for self-paced learning.
Event announcements, short clips from the sessions and content created together with local creators.
Seats are limited — groups take at most 10 participants. Applications open shortly before the cycle starts, and the order of applications is respected.
